Service
Turnframe helps repeat a photo template, coordinate review and produce a descriptive report.
Account and workspace
Turnframe is offered to people aged 18 or over in Spain and the European Economic Area. You must keep your account secure and use only workspaces and content you are authorised to manage. Owner, admin and member have different permissions; transferring or deleting a workspace requires the ownership checks shown in the app.
Content and conduct
You retain rights in your photos, messages, notes and reports and grant only the technical permission needed to host, sync, display, moderate and generate the exports you request. Do not upload unlawful, unauthorised, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, spam or unnecessarily sensitive content. You can report and block from a conversation; Turnframe may remove content or proportionately restrict an account to protect people and comply with law.
Limits
The service organises a work record but does not establish cleanliness, damage, identity, authorship or claim validity. Missing-item alerts do not replace human review, and offline availability does not guarantee immediate sync.
Plans and subscriptions
Free limits capacity; Solo and Team are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. Before confirmation, StoreKit shows the applicable price, period, eligible trial and terms. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation and refund requests; deleting Turnframe does not automatically cancel the subscription.
Availability and updates
Turnframe provides a continuous digital service during the subscription. We will maintain the contracted functions and the security and conformity updates required. If a material change reduces the service, we will provide notice on a durable medium and preserve any mandatory remedies that apply.
Expiry and exit
When a paid plan expires, excess data becomes read-only instead of being deleted to force renewal. You can export data and close your account in the app; a sole owner must transfer ownership or delete the workspace.
Responsible use
Do not access another workspace, evade limits, interfere with the service, harass other people or use Turnframe to monitor them. A block suppresses messages, presence, unread counts and notifications between the pair in that workspace without changing roles or membership. We may remove content or restrict access as needed to contain abuse or meet a legal duty, using proportionate measures and without removing mandatory rights.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits statutory conformity, withdrawal, refund or remedy rights. The mandatory law of the consumer's place of residence applies, and disputes are heard by the courts competent under that law.
